About Us

Flow Arabia was created to introduce the art of flow movement to our region through expression, healing, movement, music, and connection with nature.

With over 15 years of experience across education, teaching, leadership, and working with individuals of all abilities — from children with special needs to adults — I came to see how transformative movement and creative expression can be for overall wellbeing.

My journey with flow art began during a challenging period while living with an autoimmune condition that affected my mobility for almost a year. Having always shared a strong connection with music, I discovered flow art and flow props during that time. What began as a simple practice gradually became therapeutic — physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through meditative and graceful movement, I slowly regained my mobility and was eventually able to reduce my pharmaceutical medication to nearly stopping it altogether.

Flow art became my medicine.

That experience shaped the vision behind Flow Arabia: creating a space where movement becomes a tool for creativity, balance, freedom, healing, and reconnection with oneself.

For me, flow art was never only about performance. It became a form of healing, storytelling, self-discovery, and emotional release — a way to reconnect body and soul through movement and music.

Flow art is for all ages, all genders, and all generations. It is accessible to everyone — including children, adults, beginners, performers, individuals with special needs, and people with physical disabilities through adapted forms of flow movement designed to make the practice inclusive and accessible to all.

It nurtures coordination, focus, body awareness, confidence, creativity, and presence while encouraging movement in an artistic and enjoyable way.

At Flow Arabia, flow art is more than movement alone, It is a practice where rhythm, mindfulness, storytelling, physical movement, music, and nature come together in harmony and creating space for freedom, emotion, connection, and authenticity.
